i don´t know anything at all about this band... it seems pretty old and i bet this 7" is recorded like 6-7 years ago or so. they are sounding like a mix of frail and chokehold at times. yes. if you are into mid 90´s emo stuff you should check this one out, might be something for you. (30kr/$3.50)

"forstella ford hammer out 3 new ones in their signature mathy, screamo style. these songs seem a bit more intricate than their previous full length on mountain. you almost get a sense that the songs will fall apart. however, the songs seem more straight forward than their last release, the odd times seem to flow much smoother this time around. with intricate guitar lines and drum beats that will confuse the hell out of you, you won't know which was is up when you're through with this side. life detecting coffins tone it down a little. starting with a meandering bass line and a plodding beat of 'pontiac.' the vocals, curiously sung, drag you through to the noisy chorus and, ultimately to the rocking ending, screaming triumphantly. guitars wisp in and out during the verses only to explode when the time is right. ldc's next track bursts into a driving groove that is unrelenting for all 7 1/2 minutes. comparisons to fugazi are easily made. there are hints of blonde redhead and shellac, as well."
